1. Who operates Badsite
Badsite is a project operated by Matheus Gerlach de Moraes. Questions about the service, these terms or your account can be sent to info@gerla.com.br.
This is an initial version under review before commercial launch. Available features are identified in the platform; demonstrations and announcements of future features do not imply immediate availability.
2. The library and available features
Badsite brings together components, sections and templates for web projects. Formats, dependencies, licenses, included content and requirements vary by item and should be checked before use.
Previews may show images, fonts, brands or illustrative content that is not included in the download. Code may require adaptation, accessibility testing, security review and setup in your environment.
MCP integrations, AI generation, client research and automatic publishing depend on release and their own conditions. Features under development are not automatically included in a plan.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep access to your email and protect your password and access authorizations. If you represent an organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf.
The service is intended for adults with capacity to enter into an agreement. Contact support if you notice unauthorized account use. Do not share credentials, resell access or bypass the platform’s permissions.
4. Item licenses
Access to the library does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property. Each file may only be used under the license expressly provided with the item or package. If a license is missing or awaiting review, request clarification before publishing or redistributing the material.
Where permitted by the license, you may adapt an item for your own or client projects within the stated limits. Third-party fonts, images, icons, libraries and other assets retain their own terms. Replace demonstration materials unless you have permission to use them.
Do not redistribute the collection as a competing library, a resale package or a public download unless the license expressly permits it. These terms do not restrict rights granted under applicable open-source or third-party licenses.
5. Plans and payments
The free plan provides features marked as free. Monthly or annual subscriptions can only be purchased through an active checkout that shows the price, currency, period, renewal and conditions before confirmation.
Stripe payment integration is planned. Browsing, creating an account or viewing pricing does not itself cause a charge. The plan with expanded creation tools is being explored and should not be treated as an available service.
When subscriptions become available, renewal, cancellation, access through the end of a period and price changes must be explained at purchase. Requests can be sent to support until automated management is available. Applicable statutory withdrawal, refund and consumer rights are preserved.
6. Responsible use and integrations
Use the service lawfully and respect third-party rights. Do not access someone else’s account, extract restricted content without permission, submit malicious content or send requests that compromise service availability.
Technical access limits may be applied to protect the platform. Access may be restricted for abuse or security risks, with support available for clarification.
If you connect an AI assistant or another external tool to Badsite, review that tool’s terms and permissions as well. Do not send passwords, sensitive data or client information without authority and a relevant need.
7. Availability and responsibility
Failures, maintenance and catalog changes may occur. Keep a copy of materials you are authorized to download and test your project before publishing it.
You decide how to use and publish the result and should review its content, operation, asset rights and project requirements. We do not promise particular business results or compatibility with every environment.
These provisions do not exclude responsibilities imposed on Badsite by applicable law or remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Closing an account and changes
You can request account closure by email. The Privacy Policy explains how data is handled after a request. Subscription cancellation, where applicable, and account deletion are separate operations.
Material changes to these terms will have a new date and version, with appropriate advance notice when required. Existing purchase conditions are not retroactively replaced by this draft.
9. Questions and resolving issues
Email info@gerla.com.br with a description of the issue and your account email, without sending passwords or full payment details. Requests are reviewed through support.
These terms must be interpreted consistently with applicable law and consumer rights. This English version helps international readers and does not reduce mandatory legal protections.
